Call Summary

FANTEFEST London, delivered by the Obokese Foundation and the FANTEFEST London 2026 Secretariat, is establishing an ongoing partnership pipeline covering the full range of activity across its 2026 programme and future annual editions, distinct from the time-bound Clean Our Coastline Campaign Call listed separately as CV-EX-008.

This Call remains open on a rolling basis and covers, without limitation, performers and cultural acts for the Grand Durbar of Chiefs and associated programming, food and beverage vendors and caterers for festival grounds and hospitality areas, sponsors and brand partners across categories not already covered under CV-EX-008, and production, logistics and delivery partners supporting the festival's UK and Ghana operations.

Scope and Timing

Given FANTEFEST's stated ambition to establish an annual presence, this Call is intended to build a standing pipeline of interest rather than close against a single date. Respondents should indicate whether their interest applies to the 2026 edition specifically, future editions, or both.

Proposal Requirements

Proposals should address: organisation or individual profile and relevant experience, area of interest from the categories above, and any specific availability or scheduling constraints relevant to September 2026 or beyond.
