How fees are calculated

The standard fee for each party is the greater of $150 or 1.5% of the lower end of the Call's budget range. If the Call has received five or more qualifying responses, the Call Poster's fee is the greater of $150 or 2%. The provider's fee remains 1.5%.

For an undisclosed budget, the Call Poster provides a private USD budget band. CultrVibe uses its lower bound for the quotation without publishing the band. For existing non-USD Calls, any conversion is fixed and disclosed in the private quotation.

How an introduction works

  1. A provider responds to a Call for free.
  2. CultrVibe reviews the submission and assesses whether it meets the Call requirements.
  3. Where a genuine match is found, each party receives a private introduction offer and exact fee.
  4. Both parties explicitly accept and pay their own fee before either identity is disclosed.
  5. CultrVibe facilitates the introduction. A commercial agreement or appointment is not guaranteed.

A qualifying response comes from a verified provider, meets the Call's stated requirements and has not been withdrawn. Counts are fixed when an introduction is quoted. Each distinct poster–provider pairing is charged separately, but a pairing cannot be charged twice for the same Call.

Either party may decline an introduction without charge. Pre-existing relationships should be declared before accepting a quote so CultrVibe can review whether a fee is applicable. If one party has paid but the introduction cannot proceed, CultrVibe will resolve or refund the payment before closing the case.

Confidentiality

Call Posters remain anonymous until an agreed introduction. Provider submissions and private budget bands are kept confidential. CultrVibe's independent Intelligence coverage does not depend on Exchange fees.

Full contractual conditions and tax treatment are governed by the applicable Exchange Terms and the individual quotation. No payment is collected at the posting or response stage.
