An unnamed municipality is seeking a festival promoter or cultural production partner to co-design and deliver a multi-day Afro-diaspora arts and music festival for a secondary European city targeting summer 2027. The city is open to proposal within Western Europe.

Scope of Work

Provider Requirements

Evidence of promoting or producing multi-day outdoor events of at least 10,000 aggregate attendance. Public sector procurement experience is advantageous but not required.
