An unnamed national tourism authority is seeking an event production and cultural programming partner to deliver a diaspora-facing showcase in a Western European capital with an established West African diaspora population. The city is open to proposal.
The showcase is intended to support inbound travel demand and to position the origin market as a cultural destination.
Scope of Work
End-to-end production of a two-day showcase, including venue sourcing, artist and speaker curation, technical production, hospitality and accreditation.
The partner will also deliver an audience acquisition plan targeting diaspora communities and travel trade attendees.
Provider Requirements
Experience producing culturally specific public events in Western European markets. Fluency in local permitting and public liability requirements for the proposed city.
Providers must disclose any existing relationships with national tourism bodies to allow conflict screening.
Commercial Terms
Budget range of £30,000 to £80,000 inclusive of production fees. Travel and accommodation for the Mandate Holder's delegation are held separately.
