Scope of Work

Develop a twelve-month cultural programming strategy for the unit, including proposed operating model, revenue assumptions, footfall projections and community engagement plan.

The successful provider will be expected to work alongside the development's asset management team and to align programming with the scheme's placemaking objectives.

Provider Requirements

Demonstrable experience curating or operating cultural space within commercial real estate. ESG alignment documentation is required, including social value methodology and reporting framework.

Providers should indicate whether they intend to operate the unit directly or to curate a rotating tenant and programming roster.

Commercial Terms

Budget range of £25,000 to £75,000 for the curation mandate. Fit-out capital is held separately by the Mandate Holder and is not part of this budget.
