An unnamed beverages brand operating across the UK and West African markets is seeking a festival activation partner for a diaspora-facing sponsorship programme running through the 2027 summer season. The mandate covers activation design, on-site delivery and post-event measurement across a minimum of three UK festival dates.
The Mandate Holder is looking for a partner able to demonstrate credible cultural authority within West African diaspora audiences, not a generic experiential agency.
Design and deliver a brand activation footprint at a minimum of three UK festivals with single-event attendance of 5,000 or above. Deliverables include activation concept, spatial design, staffing plan, sampling operations and content capture.
The partner will be expected to negotiate or advise on festival rights packages, including bar pouring rights where available, and to coordinate with festival promoters on load-in, licensing and compliance.
Track record delivering brand activations at UK festivals with verified attendance figures. Experience of alcohol or beverage category compliance in the UK market. Ability to evidence audience measurement methodology and post-campaign reporting.
Providers should submit at least two comparable case studies with disclosed budget bands and outcome metrics.
Budget range of £50,000 to £150,000 covering fees and production, excluding rights fees payable to festival promoters. Appointment is intended for Q4 2026 to allow lead time into the 2027 season.
